Welcome! This simple artwork submission guide is provided
to assist
you
in
the initial process of submitting your design or logo to us. To assure accuracy
and a timely return, please follow all of the steps below anytime you submit artwork to us.

Step 1. Choose a substrate. |
Your designs and logos can be placed on our chocolate shapes [more info] or can be put onto transfer sheets or strips [more info] for your own chocolates.

Step 2. Select your color(s). |
We carry a variety of house colors [ more info] that you may choose from. If we do not carry the color you need, we can make an approximate custom match. |

Step 3. Sending your digital artwork files. |
When submitting new artwork to us, please provide the following: |
|
- Vector-based (.AI, .EPS, .PDF) file of your logo or image. We cannot accept JPGs, GIFs or any other web-based image.
- The exact date the order is needed to be received by you.
- How many and which colors are needed.
- The exact size and shape of chocolate (dark or ivory) you would like.
- Any fonts necessary.

To assure that you receive the best possible results, please submit your files in a vector-based PDF, AI or EPS file format. JPG & GIF files are not intended for reproduction in print and can not be accepted. These files are intended for use on computer screens and not for reproduction in print. If your computer does not contain graphic editing software, you may not be able to see the file yourself, but we will be able to use it with our software so do not hesitate to send it. Please do not embed JPG, TIF or GIF files into PDF files. This will not qualify as a vector-based graphic.

After we receive your artwork, we will then provide you with a proof, with an exact image of what your product will look like. |
